01 - In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
02 - Gently fold the mixed berries into the oat mixture, reserving a small portion of fresh berries for garnish if desired.
03 - In a small separate bowl, whisk the almond butter with the additional almond milk until smooth and pourable. Add more milk as needed to reach a drizzling consistency.
04 - Divide half of the oat mixture between two jars or bowls. Drizzle with the prepared almond butter mixture, then top with the remaining oat mixture. Create a layered effect by repeating if preferred.
05 - Cover the jars or bowls tightly with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to soften and fully absorb the liquid.
06 - In the morning, give the oats a quick stir or maintain the layered presentation. Top with reserved fresh berries, sliced almonds, and an additional drizzle of almond butter or sweetener. Serve chilled.
