Easy Air Fryer Beef Ham Cheese Croissants (Printer-friendly)

Flaky croissants stuffed with savory beef, ham, and cheese, cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Croissants

01 - 4 ready-to-bake croissant dough triangles

→ Fillings

02 - 4 slices cooked roast beef
03 - 4 slices ham
04 - 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese

→ Optional

05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon softened butter

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Unroll the croissant dough and separate into 4 triangles. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard onto each triangle if desired.
03 - Layer 1 slice of roast beef, 1 slice of ham, and 1 slice of cheese onto the wide end of each triangle.
04 - Roll up each croissant starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides to seal the filling inside.
05 - Place croissants seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch each other.
06 - Brush lightly with softened butter if desired for extra golden color.
07 - Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The way the cheese melts into the meat layers creates pockets of salty gooeyness that make these impossible to stop eating
  • You get that bakery flakiness without turning on your oven or making any complicated dough from scratch
02 -
  • Overfilling these seems tempting but the cheese will explode out and create a mess in your air fryer basket
  • Letting them cool for at least 2 minutes is not optional unless you want to burn the roof of your mouth on molten cheese
03 -
  • If your croissants are browning too fast on top, tent a piece of foil over the basket for the last minute or two
  • Leftovers reheat surprisingly well at 320°F for about 3 minutes if you somehow manage to have any left
