# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The fresh ginger brings this gentle warmth that lingers after each sip, making it more interesting than your average fruit drink.
  • Its endlessly customizable and somehow manages to feel fancy enough for brunch while being casual enough for Tuesday afternoon reading.
02 -
  • The ginger syrup keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks, and I secretly make triple batches to use in iced tea and cocktails later.
  • Over blending the peaches can sometimes make the mixture oddly frothy, so pulse it a few times instead of running it continuously.
03 -
  • Use your hands to rub the peach skins off after blanching them in boiling water for thirty seconds if you want to skip the peeling knife entirely.
  • The ginger syrup tastes even better after sitting overnight, so make it the day before you plan to serve these for the deepest flavor possible.
