10 - 1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
12 - olive oil, for brushing

# Directions:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.

05 - With grilled side up, evenly spread barbecue sauce over the crust. Layer with mozzarella, smoked gouda, sliced grilled chicken, and red onion.
06 - Return assembled pizza to grill with lid closed and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
