# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes twenty minutes start to finish which is faster than ordering pizza and way more satisfying
  • The combination of crispy buttery bread with melty mozzarella and pepperoni hits that same comfort spot as a slice from your local place
02 -
  • Too much sauce will make your bread soggy no matter how perfectly you butter it, so stick to about 2 tablespoons per sandwich
  • Medium low heat is better than medium high because you want the cheese to melt completely before the bread burns
03 -
  • Butter both slices completely to the edges, not just the center, otherwise youll have soggy spots nobody wants to eat
  • Put a drop of oil in your pan along with the butter to prevent it from burning too quickly
